FRANCHIS E AREA. The Board does hereby grant FRANCHISEE the right, privilege, easement and exclusive franchise to provide collection service for Solid Waste, Yard Trash, Bulk Waste, E-Waste and Recyclable Materials to all Dwelling Units within the Franchise Area. Such right, privilege, easement and exclusive franchise shall not extend to the Collection of Biomedical Waste, Biological Waste, Construction and Demolition Debris, Hazardous Waste, Infectious Waste, and Items for Special Pickup. The service right shall be exclusive of all other entities except Allied Waste Service of North America, Creek Waste & Recycling, LLC., J&L Garbage Services, Waste Management of Florida, and Xxxx Xxxxxxx Industries (Military Only), which are all allowed to continue to provide residential solid waste service utilizing only vehicles of less than 15,000 pound gross vehicle weight. The Franchise Area shall consist of the all unincorporated areas within Santa Xxxx County, Florida:

  • Alpine Areas As of 1 October 2020 the Employer shall pay an Alpine disability allowance of $3.85 worked on Projects in alpine areas. These allowances will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2021, rounded to the nearest 5 cents.

  • Buildings The Employer will provide and maintain all state-owned buildings, facilities, and equipment in accordance with the specific written order(s) of the Michigan (MIOSHA) Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Health and Human Services. Where facilities are leased by the Employer, the Employer shall make a reasonable attempt to assure that such facilities comply with the order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Health and Human Services.

  • Area The sphere of operation shall be England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

  • Amenities Amenities shall be prescribed as provided in Appendix F of this Agreement.

  • Parking Area Developer shall provide a parking area for ADOT for at least 100 vehicles 27 (85 staff/15 visitors). The parking area must be reasonably level (all-weather surface and 28 all-weather access). The parking area must include an additional lockable fenced 29 parking area to accommodate 25 ADOT vehicles.

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.
