• Paid Subscription licenses: If you have purchased a subscription license to the Trend Micro Products/Services, Sections 1, 2 and 4 through 34 of this Agreement apply to you.

• Moreover, you agree to pay the applicable prices in relation to the Paid Subscription plus all applicable taxes, and pay us back all costs and late payment interest at the legal rate published each year on the Spanish Budget Act for any overdue and unpaid amounts.
