French Courses. In the interests of increasing bilingualism within the University, the Corporation agrees to fund suitable French language courses which are offered in the area, to an institutional maximum of $40,000 per annum.

  • Training Courses 16.3.1 Training courses will be as described in the Seller’s customer services catalog (the “Seller’s Customer Services Catalog”). The Seller’s Customer Services Catalog also sets forth the minimum and maximum number of trainees per course. All training requests or training course changes made outside of the scope of the Training Conference will be submitted by the Buyer with a minimum of ***** prior notice.

  • Courses 1.5.1. Courses during working hours If employees are required to attend courses organised jointly by the parties to this Agreement, then such courses shall be held during working hours and shall not result in any reduction of the employees’ wages. Such courses shall be aimed at increasing employees’ competence and professional knowledge. Employees may spend up to 4 daytime work hours each year attending industry-related courses without a cut in wages for daytime work, provided that at least half the course hours are attended on his own time. Time for course attendance shall be chosen taking into consideration the type of operation of the company.

  • Eligible Courses A. All courses offered for dual credit by Hill College will be either college-level academic courses, identified from the current edition of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board Lower-Division Academic Course Guide Manual or college-level workforce education courses, identified from the current edition of the Workforce Education Course Manual.

  • Leave for Taking Courses (a) An employee shall be granted leave with pay to take courses at the request of the Employer. The Employer shall bear the full cost of the course, including tuition fees, entrance or registration fees, laboratory fees, and course-required books, necessary travelling and subsistence expenses, and other legitimate expenses where applicable. Fees are to be paid by the Employer when due.
