Training Courses 16.3.1 Training courses will be as described in the Seller’s customer services catalog (the “Seller’s Customer Services Catalog”). The Seller’s Customer Services Catalog also sets forth the minimum and maximum number of trainees per course. All training requests or training course changes made outside of the scope of the Training Conference will be submitted by the Buyer with a minimum of ***** prior notice.
Courses 1.5.1. Courses during working hours If employees are required to attend courses organised jointly by the parties to this Agreement, then such courses shall be held during working hours and shall not result in any reduction of the employees’ wages. Such courses shall be aimed at increasing employees’ competence and professional knowledge. Employees may spend up to 4 daytime work hours each year attending industry-related courses without a cut in wages for daytime work, provided that at least half the course hours are attended on his own time. Time for course attendance shall be chosen taking into consideration the type of operation of the company.
Eligible Courses A. All courses offered for dual credit by Hill College will be either college-level academic courses, identified from the current edition of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board Lower-Division Academic Course Guide Manual or college-level workforce education courses, identified from the current edition of the Workforce Education Course Manual.
Leave for Taking Courses (a) An employee shall be granted leave with pay to take courses at the request of the Employer. The Employer shall bear the full cost of the course, including tuition fees, entrance or registration fees, laboratory fees, and course-required books, necessary travelling and subsistence expenses, and other legitimate expenses where applicable. Fees are to be paid by the Employer when due.
Stewards Training Courses 22.6.1 Where operational requirements permit, the Council may grant leave without pay to a xxxxxxx to undertake training related to the duties of a xxxxxxx.
Trials The Ship shall run the following test and trials:
COUNTY RIGHTS a. All County rights and functions, except those which are expressly abridged by this Agreement, shall remain vested with the County.
Leave for Court Appearances (a) The Employer shall grant paid leave to employees, other than employees on leave without pay, who serve as jurors or witnesses in a court action, provided such court action is not occasioned by the employee's private affairs.
Summer Students 45:01 Summer Students who are in full time attendance at university, college, vocational school or high school Level III and are normally a resident at Xxxxxxxxx Falls during the regular vacation period of the educational institution which they are attending, may be hired as students during the period from May 1st to August 31st in any year. Hiring shall be in accordance with Site Administration Regulation No. 3.5 dated 90- 03-30; Revised 2007-03-19 Rev 2.
Transparency of Arbitral Proceedings 1. Subject to paragraphs 2 and 3, the disputing Member State may make publicly available all awards, and decisions produced by the tribunal.
