Leave for Taking Courses. (a) An employee shall be granted leave with pay to take courses at the request of the Employer. The Employer shall bear the full cost of the course, including tuition fees, entrance or registration fees, laboratory fees, and course-required books, necessary travelling and subsistence expenses, and other legitimate expenses where applicable. Fees are to be paid by the Employer when due.
(b) A regular employee may be granted leave without pay, or leave with partial pay, to take courses in which the employee wishes to enrol.

(b) A regular team member may be granted leave without pay, or leave with partial pay, to take courses in which the team member wishes to enrol.
Leave for Taking Courses. (a) A faculty member shall be granted leave with pay to take courses at the request of the Employer. The Employer shall bear the full cost of the course, including tuition fees, entrance or registration fees, and other expenses consistent with Articles 18.18 and 32. Fees are to be paid by the Employer when due.
(b) A faculty member may be granted leave without pay, or leave with partial pay, to take courses in which the faculty member wishes to enroll.

The Employer shall bear the full cost of the course, including tuition fees, entrance or registration fees, laboratory fees, and course-required books, necessary travelling subsistence expenses and other legitimate expenses where applicable. Fees are to be paid by the Employer when due. The Employer shall maintain all benefits at Employer cost for employees granted leave with full pay.
(b) A regular employee may be granted leave without pay, or leave with partial pay to take courses in which the employee wishes to enrol. Where leave is without pay, the College will reimburse to the employee, upon his return to work at the College and upon presentation of original receipts, the premiums for applicable basic medical coverage paid by the employee during the period of the leave. Employees granted leave with partial pay shall have all benefits maintained by the Employer with premiums paid on a pro rata basis proportionate to the partial rate of pay. (Basic medical reimbursed as above.)
(c) Seniority shall continue to be earned while on leave of absence for periods of up to one (1) year, if that leave is for reasons of upgrading or maintaining job skills.

The Commission shall bear the full cost of the course, including tuition fees, entrance or registration fees, laboratory fees, and course-required books, necessary travelling and subsistence expenses, and other legitimate expenses where applicable. Fees are to be paid by the Commission when due.
(b) A regular employee may be granted leave without pay, or leave with partial pay, to take courses in which the employee wishes to enroll.
(c) Tuition fees for approved courses which lead to a diploma or a degree shall be reimbursed in the amount of 75%

The Authority shall bear the full cost of the course, including tuition fees, entrance or registration fees, laboratory fees, and course-required books, necessary travelling and subsistence expenses, and other legitimate expenses where applicable. Fees are to be paid by the Authority when due.
(b) A regular employee may be granted leave without pay, or leave with partial pay, to take courses in which the employee wishes to enrol.
(c) Tuition fees for courses approved by the Authority which lead to a diploma or a degree shall be reimbursed in the amount of 75%.
(d) Termination of employment will nullify any obligation of assistance by the Authority.

Courses required by the Employer shall include, but not be limited to, the renewal of First Aid Certificates and the renewal of Class 4 drivers' licences. The Employer shall bear the full cost of the course, including tuition fees, entrance or registration fees, laboratory fees, and course-required books, necessary travelling and subsistence expenses, and other legitimate expenses where applicable. Fees are to be paid by the Employer when due.
(b) A permanent employee may be granted leave without pay or if the course is successfully completed leave with partial pay to take courses in which the employee wishes to enrol.
