Frequency of Publication. The City requires bidders to establish that their newspapers are printed in the City on one or more days in a calendar week, for at least four full weeks prior to bid opening.
Frequency of Publication. The Publisher retains the sole right to determine the frequency of publication of the Publisher’s products. The Publisher shall provide 45 days written notice to the Guild of the intent to reduce the frequency of the print and/or digital publications that the Publisher produces. Reducing frequency is interpreted to mean that there may be certain days of the week where the Publisher does not produce a print and/or digital publication. Any reductions in force will be subject to the provisions of the Article concerning Reductions to the Workforce. The exercise by the Publisher of its rights to change the frequency of publication under this section shall not be subject to the grievance/arbitration procedures.
Frequency of Publication. You must report the number of visual works that you have that have appeared in qualifying publications, and you must report the number of times those works have appeared in publications. You are not required to list each published work, and you are not required to list each publication in which the published work appears. However, you must preserve evidence of the information you provided, and in the event that you are audited you must present ASCRL with the evidence of publication. The frequency of your publications may be used by the ASCRL Board of Directors to give a weighting to the amount for which you may be eligible, relative to other authors or rights owners who may have greater or fewer publications, or whose works may be published with greater or lesser frequency.
Frequency of Publication. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement, during the Term Publisher will publish the Journal in annual volumes, each volume consisting of ten (10) issues, numbered 1 through 10, to be published in January, February, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, and November of each Volume Year in accordance with the Production Schedule. During the initial period of the Term, Publisher will commence publication of the Journal with Volume 45, Number 1 (January 2014) and continue through and including Volume 54, Number 10 (November 2024).

Frequency of Publication. The Journal is published bimonthly at present. Publisher has the sole right to increase frequency if deemed to be in the best interests of the Journal. Publisher will consider a supplement devoted to pediatric papers if funding from an outside source is available, with approval from the Editor-in-Chief.
