Bidder Qualification a. The "Bidder" as used in the RFP shall mean the one who has signed the Bid Form. The Bidder may be either the Principal Officer or his duly Authorized Representative, in either cases he/she shall submit a Certificate of authority. All Certificates and documents (including any clarifications sought and any subsequent correspondences) received hereby, shall, as far as possible, be furnished and signed by the authorized representative and the Principal Officer.

Bidder Qualification. Bids will be considered from firms who have adequate personnel and equipment and who are so situated as to perform prompt service. The City reserves the right to conduct an inspection of the bidder's facility and equipment prior to the award of the Agreement. Bids will be considered only from firms which are regularly engaged in the business as described in this bid package; with a record of performance for a reasonable period of time, which have sufficient financial support, equipment, and organization to ensure that they can satisfactorily execute the service if awarded an Agreement under the terms and conditions herein stated. The terms "equipment and organization" as used herein shall be construed to mean a fully equipped and well established company in line with the best business practice in the industry and as determined by the City. Failure to comply with the established deadline for submittal of required documents may be grounds for cancellation of the award.

  • Insurer Qualifications Without limiting any obligations or liabilities of Consultant, Consultant shall purchase and maintain, at its own expense, hereinafter stipulated minimum insurance with insurance companies authorized to do business in the State of Arizona pursuant to ARIZ. REV. STAT. § 20-206, as amended, with an AM Best, Inc. rating of A- or above with policies and forms satisfactory to the City. Failure to maintain insurance as specified herein may result in termination of this Agreement at the City’s option.

  • Professional Qualifications It shall be a condition of continued professional employment that employees must apply for enrolment in their appropriate professional licensing body by the thirtieth day of continuous service.

  • Blue Sky Qualifications The Company shall use its best efforts, in cooperation with the Underwriters, if necessary, to qualify the Public Securities for offering and sale under the applicable securities laws of such states and other jurisdictions (domestic or foreign) as the Representative may designate and to maintain such qualifications in effect so long as required to complete the distribution of the Public Securities; provided, however, that the Company shall not be obligated to file any general consent to service of process or to qualify as a foreign corporation or as a dealer in securities in any jurisdiction in which it is not so qualified or to subject itself to taxation in respect of doing business in any jurisdiction in which it is not otherwise so subject.
