Fringe Benefits During Unpaid Leaves of Absence. During all leaves of absence without pay, fringe benefits may be continued at the expense of the employee. The employee must make the proper arrangements with the Treasurer. The exception to this procedure is a leave taken under the Family and Medical Leave Act.
