Frontier OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Onvoy through or as a part of Frontier OSS Services. The term “Frontier OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Frontier Customer or an Onvoy Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Onvoy through or as a part of Frontier OSS Services; and, (b) any Onvoy Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Onvoy.
Frontier OSS Information. 8.5.1 Subject to the provisions of this Section 8, in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law, Frontier grants to Onvoy a non-exclusive license to use Frontier OSS Information.
Frontier OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Everstream through or as a part of Frontier OSS Services. The term “Frontier OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Frontier Customer or a Everstream Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Everstream through or as a part of Frontier OSS Services; and, (b) any Everstream Usage Information (as defined in Section 6.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Everstream.
Frontier OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PBX through or as a part of Frontier OSS Services. The term “Frontier OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Frontier Customer or a PBX Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PBX through or as a part of Frontier OSS Services; and, (b) any PBX Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PBX.
Frontier OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CCES through or as a part of Frontier OSS Services. The term “Frontier OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Frontier Customer or a CCES Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CCES through or as a part of Frontier OSS Services; and, (b) any CCES Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CCES.
Frontier OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CTI through or as a part of Frontier to a Frontier Customer or a CTI Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CTI through or as a part of Frontier OSS Services; and, (b) any CTI Usage Information (as defined in Section 7.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CTI.
Frontier OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Band CLEC through or as a part of Frontier OSS Services. related to a Frontier Customer or a Band CLEC Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Band CLEC through or as a part of Frontier OSS Services; and, (b) any Band CLEC Usage Information (as defined in Section 7.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Band CLEC.
Frontier OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CTSI through or as a part of Frontier OSS Services. The term “Frontier OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Frontier Customer or a CTSI Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CTSI through or as a part of Frontier OSS Services; and, (b) any CTSI Usage Information (as defined in Section 7.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CTSI.
Frontier OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CLC through or as a part of Frontier OSS Services. The term “Frontier OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Frontier Customer or a CLC Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CLC through or as a part of Frontier OSS Services; and, (b) any CLC Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, CLC.
Frontier OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Futiva through or as a part of Frontier OSS Services. The term “Frontier OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Frontier Customer or a Futiva Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Futiva through or as a part of Frontier OSS Services; and, (b) any Futiva Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, Futiva.
