Frozen Personal Leave Bank. “Frozen Personal Leave Bank” (previously known as Frozen Sick Leave Bank) is the amount of personal leave a long serving employee may still hold in credit that was the excess accumulated personal leave the employee had above the 152 hours Minimum Personal Leave Bank on the first day of the Company’s first Common Personal Leave Year in 1985 which the employee has still not used as paid leave.
