FSCS. 4.24.1. We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Most depositors – including most individuals and small businesses, are covered by the scheme. In respect of deposits, an eligible depositor is generally entitled to claim up to £85,000. This amount applies to all the bank’s trading names. Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx & Co., Limited also trades under the name of Arbuthnot Direct. This means that all eligible deposits with Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx & Co., Limited and Arbuthnot Direct are in total covered up to £85,000. Certain depositors are excluded.
FSCS. 13.1 SCL is covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (“FSCS”). If SCL ceases trading and cannot meet its obligations to you, you may be entitled to compensation from the scheme up to a maximum of £85,000 (or such other value covered from time to time by the FSCS) for investment claims.
FSCS. We are a member of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
