FSCS. 4.24.1. We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the event of our default or insolvency where you are an eligible depositor you may be entitled to make a claim to the FSCS. Our Information Sheet and Exclusions List are available on our Website. In respect of deposits, an eligible depositor is generally entitled to claim up to £85,000. Certain depositors are excluded.

FSCS. 4.20.1. We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). The FSCS can pay compensation to depositors if a bank is unable to meet its financial obligations. Most depositors – including most individuals and small businesses, are covered by the scheme. In the event of our default or insolvency where you are an eligible depositor you may be entitled to make a claim to the FSCS. Our Information Sheet and Exclusions List are available on our Website. In respect of deposits, an eligible depositor is generally entitled to claim up to £85,000. This amount applies to all the bank’s trading names. Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx & Co., Limited also trades under the name of Arbuthnot Direct. This means that all eligible deposits with Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx & Co., Limited and Arbuthnot Direct are in total covered up to £85,000. Certain depositors are excluded.
FSCS. 13.1 SCL is covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (“FSCS”). If SCL ceases trading and cannot meet its obligations to you, you may be entitled to compensation from the scheme up to a maximum of £85,000 (or such other value covered from time to time by the FSCS) for investment claims.
