FUEL OIL PUMPS. The Contractor shall provide and install a fuel oil transfer pump as shown on the contract drawings to transfer fuel from the port and starboard fuel oil storage tanks off-vessel at the forward and midship fueling lockers. A bronze simplex basket strainer shall be installed before the inlet of the pump. The pump shall be coupled to an AC electric motor and shall be furnished as a matched set from the pump manufacturer. See contract Clause C750 for additional requirements on drives and motors. The pump shall be provided with local controls near the pump and remotely inside each of the fueling lockers. The controls shall have start, stop and a run indicator light. The controls inside the fueling lockers shall be rated for Class 1, Division 1 applications. An emergency pump stop control, in a weather tight enclosure, shall be installed on the main deck exterior near the switchboard room. The Contractor shall provide and install two (2) fuel oil transfer pumps as shown on the contract drawings to transfer fuel from the port and starboard fuel oil storage tanks to the fuel oil day tank in order to serve the diesel generator sets. A bronze simplex basket strainer shall be installed before the inlet of the pump. Each pump shall be coupled to an AC electric motor and shall be furnished as a matched set from the pump manufacturer. See contract Clause C750 for additional requirements on drives and motors. One pump shall be provided with hand/off/ automatic modes of operation, and the other pump shall be manual control only. Manual controls shall be provided locally near the pump and remotely near the day tank in the switchboard room. The controls shall have start, stop and a run indicator light. Automatic control of the pump shall be provided based on input from the fuel oil day tank level sensors. The pumps shall be configured to turn on when the level in the fuel oil day tank reaches 20 percent and shall turn off when the level reaches 85 percent. An emergency pump stop control, in a weather tight enclosure, shall be installed on the main deck exterior near switchboard room.

Title to and risk of loss related to the Power Product transfer from Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • Generators Temporary installation of generators, and permanent installation of generators that are placed inside existing non-residential buildings or that occupy an area under 50 square feet behind the building they serve.

  • Delivery Points ‌ Project water made available to the Agency pursuant to Article 6 shall be delivered to the Agency by the State at the delivery structures established in accordance with Article 10.

  • Storage Tanks If storage tanks storing Hazardous Materials located on the Premises or the Project are used by Tenant or are hereafter placed on the Premises or the Project by Tenant, Tenant shall install, use, monitor, operate, maintain, upgrade and manage such storage tanks, maintain appropriate records, obtain and maintain appropriate insurance, implement reporting procedures, properly close any storage tanks, and take or cause to be taken all other actions necessary or required under applicable state and federal Legal Requirements, as such now exists or may hereafter be adopted or amended in connection with the installation, use, maintenance, management, operation, upgrading and closure of such storage tanks. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Tenant shall have no right to use or install any underground storage tanks at the Project.

  • Underground Storage Tanks In accordance with the requirements of Section 3(g) of the D.C. Underground Storage Tank Management Act of 1990, as amended by the District of Columbia Underground Storage Tank Management Act of 1990 Amendment Act of 1992 (D.C. Code § 8-113.01, et seq.) (collectively, the “UST Act”) and the applicable D.C. Underground Storage Tank Regulations, 20 DCMR Chapter 56 (the “UST Regulations”), District hereby informs the Developer that it has no knowledge of the existence or removal during its ownership of the Property of any “underground storage tanks” (as defined in the UST Act). Information pertaining to underground storage tanks and underground storage tank removals of which the D.C. Government has received notification is on file with the District Department of the Environment, Underground Storage Tank Branch, 00 X Xxxxxx, X.X., Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, X.X., 00000, telephone (000) 000-0000. District’s knowledge for purposes of this Section shall mean and be limited to the actual knowledge of Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Property Acquisition and Disposition Division of the Department of Housing and Community Development, telephone no. (000) 000-0000. The foregoing is set forth pursuant to requirements contained in the UST Act and UST Regulations and does not constitute a representation or warranty by District.

  • Plant The expression ‘Plant’ as used in the tender papers shall mean every temporary accessory necessary or considered necessary by the Engineer to execute, construct, complete and maintain the work and all altered, modified, substituted and additional works ordered in the time and the manner herein provided and all temporary materials and special and other articles and appliance of every sort kind and description whatsoever intended or used therefore.

  • Natural Gas 21.1 Subject to Article 21.2, the Indian domestic market shall have the first call on the utilisation of Natural Gas discovered and produced from the Contract Area. Accordingly, any proposal by the Contractor relating to Discovery and production of Natural Gas from the Contract Area shall be made in the context of the Government's policy for the utilisation of Natural Gas and shall take into account the objectives of the Government to develop its resources in the most efficient manner and to promote conservation measures. 21.2 The Contractor shall have the right to use Natural Gas produced from the Contract Area for the purpose of Petroleum Operations including reinjection for pressure maintenance in Oil Fields, gas lifting and captive power generation required for Petroleum Operations. 21.3 For the purpose of sales in the domestic market pursuant to this Article 21, the Contractor shall have freedom to market the Gas and sell its entitlement.
