Fulfilment of Handover Conditions. 5.4.1 Upon fulfilment of the Handover Conditions set out in Article 5.2 and Article 5.3 above, the Parties shall notify the other Party of the completion of the Handover Conditions. Upon acceptance of handover condition by both the parties, the Authority shall, initiate the handover process at least seven within 7 days preceding the Scheduled Progressive Handover Date.

Fulfilment of Handover Conditions. (a) Upon fulfilment of the Handover Conditions set out in Clause 3.8.3(a) above, the Jal Xxxxx shall notify the Concessionaire of the completion of the Handover Conditions. The Concessionaire shall, within 7 days from the receipt of such notification from the Jal Xxxxx, either: (i) confirm in writing the fulfilment of the Handover Conditions; or

The Concessionaire shall, within 7 days from the receipt of such notification from the KMC, either: (i) confirm in writing the fulfilment of the Handover Conditions; or (ii) notify the KMC of any Handover Conditions which, in the Concessionaire's opinion have not been satisfied by the KMC. Upon receipt of such notification from the Concessionaire pursuant to (ii) above, the KMC shall promptly complete the pending Handover Conditions.

Personal property left in a room following the termination of occupancy will be deemed abandoned. Students will be charged for the removal of such property.
