Full-Time/Part-Time Employee. 3.1.1 A full-Time employee has an assigned FTE and is regularly scheduled to work at least thirty-six (36) hours per week.
Full-Time/Part-Time Employee. For the purpose of benefits except wages, any permanent employee working thirty (30) hours or more per week will be considered a full-time employee. Any employee working less than thirty (30) hours per week will be considered a part- time employee. Part-time employees who work between 25 and 29 hours per week shall be eligible for contractual benefits on a pro rata basis.
Full-Time/Part-Time Employee. As an employee, you agree to devote your full business time, attention, skill and effort exclusively to the performance of the duties (within the scope of work described in the Letter Agreement) that the Company may assign you from time to time through and including June 30, 2004. Effective as of July 1, 2004, you agree to devote at least twenty (20) hours per week to the performance of the duties that the Company may assign you. You agree not to work for any direct competitive enterprise during your employment with the Company, including after hours, on weekends, or during vacation time, even if only organizational assistance or limited consultation is involved.”
