Full-Time/Scheduled Workday. 6.3.1.1 Full-time Pharmacists shall receive forty (40) hours per week. Pharmacists will be paid one and one-half times (1½ x) the regular straight-time rate on all hours worked over ten (10) per day, double time (2x) the regular straight-time rate on all hours worked over twelve (12) per day and one and one-half times (1½ x) the regular straight-time rate on all hours worked over forty (40) per week.
