Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.
Month Employees TWELVE (12) MONTH EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE COMPLETED ONE (1) YEAR OF CONTINUOUS SERVICE AND WHO HAVE ACCUMULATED TWENTY-FOUR (24) DAYS OF SICK LEAVE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED IN THE USLB. Employees meeting the eligibility requirements will be assessed a contribution when enrolled.
