Common use of Full-time Unit Clause in Contracts

Full-time Unit. Members may accept up to six (6) hours per week of overload teaching or additional work assignment for extra pay. Exceptions to this limit shall be granted with the written approval of the cognizant Xxxx and the cognizant Vice President. The S.C.E. A. President shall be notified of these exceptions in writing within one (1) week of their approval.

If a Unit member has an underage from prior semesters, the accepted overload will be offset by the amount of the underage.
