Common use of Full-Time Workers Clause in Contracts

Full-Time Workers. No worker may use vacation time until the first of the calendar month after he/she has completed six months of employment in the District, and all hours of vacation credited to a probationary worker during his/her first six months of employment shall be contingent upon the worker's completion of six months of employment.
