Full. time members who provide less than sixty (60) days’ notice of resignation or retirement will forfeit two weeks’ pay unless they have a bona fide medical emergency or receive express written agreement of the President to waive this provision. Full-time teaching members and counselors, shall provide such notice at least 60 days prior to the start of the semester and the effective date shall not fall within a semester. Full-time coaches shall provide such notice at least sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of the season and the effective date shall not fall within the season.
