Full. time bargaining unit members hired during the school year shall be required through direct payment or deduction authorization, only a pro rata amount of the membership dues or service charge. Such pro rata shall be based on a maximum of ten (10) school months (September through June) and the number of months remaining in the school year. A month shall be determined if more than 51 percent of the teaching days in that month remain after the faculty member commences employment.
