Common use of Fulltime Union Leave Clause in Contracts

Fulltime Union Leave. If any employee of the Company should be selected to serve the Union on a full time basis, he/she shall be considered upon sufficient notification to be on leave of absence without pay for a maximum period of three (3) years. He/she shall be re-employed at the same type of work which he/she performed prior to his/her leave of absence and with seniority accumulated and provided that not more than one (1) employee is absent under this provision at any one time.

He/she shall be re-employed at the same type of work which he/she he performed prior to his/her leave of absence and with seniority accumulated and provided that not more than no loss of seniority. Only one (1) employee is absent under this provision shall be on fulltime Union leave at any one time.

Only one (1) employee is absent under this provision shall be on fulltime Union leave at any one time.
