Further Deposits. Should the SFPUC use any portion of the Security Deposit to cure any default by Licensee under this Master License, Licensee will be required to replenish the Security Deposit in the amount and by the date that the SFPUC specifies by notice to Licensee. The SFPUC also has the right in its reasonable judgment to increase the amount of the Security Deposit from time to time based upon the SFPUC’s assessment of Licensee’s past use of the License Area.

Further Deposits. On and from the satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent, Quantum is to provide cash payments in an amount, or amounts, not exceeding (in aggregate) US$10,000,000 per month to acquire additional refined gold from the Company up to the maximum deposit limit of US$300,000,000. The funds raised are to be used for the following purposes:

Further Deposits. In the event that the City applies or uses the Surety Bond in whole or in part to cure any default by Licensee under this Master License or any Site License, Licensee shall replenish the Surety Bond in the amount and on the date specified in a written notice to Licensee.

The City may, in the City’s reasonable judgment, require Licensee to increase the Security Deposit amount from time-to-time when the City determines that Licensee’s past acts or omissions in connection with the License Area warrants additional security.

Further Deposits. 6.1 Subject to the limit on deposits in condition 3.6 above, you may make further deposits into your Account at any time. You can make your further deposits in sterling and in the manner set out in condition 3.7 above. 6.2 Please note that currency conversion charges may apply where you make a deposit in a different currency to that in which your Account is held.
