FUSELAGE, WINDOWS AND DOORS. (a) The fuselage will be free of major dents and abrasions, and any dents and abrasions that require a repetitive inspection or future repair, temporary repairs, and loose or pulled or missing rivets and all structural repairs shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's and Air Authority's approved data for permanent repair;
(b) Windows will be free of delamination, blemishes, crazing and will be properly sealed; and
(c) Doors will be free moving, correctly rigged and be fitted with serviceable seals.
FUSELAGE, WINDOWS AND DOORS. (a) The fuselage will be free of major dents outside allowable Boeing Maintenance or Structural Repair Manual Limits and abrasions and loose or pulled or missing rivets;
(b) Doors will be free moving, correctly rigged and be fitted with serviceable seals, free from damage as defined by the Boeing Maintenance or Structural Repair Manual Limits.
FUSELAGE, WINDOWS AND DOORS. (a) The fuselage will be free of major dents and abrasions and loose or pulled or missing rivets; (b) Doors will be free moving, correctly rigged and be fitted with serviceable seals.
FUSELAGE, WINDOWS AND DOORS. The fuselage shall be free of major dents and abrasions, scab patches and loose or pulled or missing rivets. Paint will be touched up. Windows shall be free of delamination, blemishes, crazing and shall be properly sealed. Doors shall be free moving, correctly rigged and be fitted with serviceable seals.
FUSELAGE, WINDOWS AND DOORS. (a) The fuselage will not contain any dents, corrosion or abrasions that exceed the prescribed limits under the SRM and shall be free of loose, pulled or missing rivets.
(b) The windows will not contain any delamination, blemishes or crazing that exceed the prescribed limits under the Manufacturer's maintenance manual and will be properly sealed.
(c) The doors will be free moving, correctly rigged and fitted with serviceable seals.
FUSELAGE, WINDOWS AND DOORS. (a) The fuselage will be free of dents and abrasions which exceed the limits specified in the Manufacturer's maintenance manual or the SRM;
(b) Cockpit windows will be free of delamination which exceeds the limits specified in the Manufacturer's maintenance manual or SRM;
(c) Cabin windows will be substantially free of blemishes and crazing and will be properly sealed;
(d) Doors will be free moving, correctly rigged and be fitted with serviceable seals; and
(e) To the extent that Lessee was provided with a dent, repair and scratch survey of the Aircraft exterior at Delivery (with specific locations) then Lessee shall provide an updated survey to Lessor on the Return Occasion.
FUSELAGE, WINDOWS AND DOORS. (a) The fuselage and doors will be free of major dents and abrasions, loose or pulled or missing rivets in excess of maintenance manual limits and all repairs are Permanent Repairs.
(b) Windows will be free of major delamination, blemishes and crazing in excess of maintenance manual limits allowing continued in service operation without special inspection or other action and will be properly sealed.
(c) Doors will be free moving, correctly rigged and be fitted with serviceable seals.
(d) All external repairs for the pressurised fuselage shall have been reviewed in accordance with the latest revision of the Manufacturer’s repair assessment programme (if issued, and otherwise in accordance with the Manufacturer’s published guidelines) applicable at the time of repair and supported by certified documentation evidencing accomplishment in accordance with EASA or FAA approved data (that is, the Manufacturer’s structural repair manual or the Manufacturer’s service bulletin or the Manufacturer’s written approval or FAA/EASA STC (Supplemental Type Certificate) or FAA Form 8110- 3/8100-9 approval or otherwise approved by the EASA or FAA.
FUSELAGE, WINDOWS AND DOORS. (a) the fuselage shall be free of major dents and abrasions, and loose or pulled or missing rivets and all exterior repairs and patches will be permanent repairs installed in accordance with the manufacturer's approved procedures;
(b) the windows shall be free of delamination, blemishes, crazing and shall be properly sealed;
(c) the doors shall be free moving, correctly rigged and be fitted with serviceable seals.
FUSELAGE, WINDOWS AND DOORS. The fuselage shall be free of major dents and abrasions which are out of Manufacturer's manual limits, scab patches which are temporary or out of Manufacturer's manual limits, and loose or pulled rivets (reasonable wear and tear excepted); windows shall be free of delamination, distortion and blemishes out of Manufacturer's manual limits and shall be properly sealed and free of crazing (reasonable wear and tear excepted); and doors shall be free-moving, correctly rigged, and fitted with serviceable seals; and all external placards and markings shall be installed and legible;
FUSELAGE, WINDOWS AND DOORS. (a) The fuselage will not contain any dents, corrosion or abrasions that exceed the prescribed parameters under the SRM and shall be free of loose, pulled or missing rivets. All repairs to the fuselage performed during the Term will be flush instead of scab patches unless a flush repair is not feasible.
(b) The windows will not contain any delamination, blemishes or crazing that exceed the prescribed parameters under the Manufacturer's maintenance manual and will be properly sealed.
(c) The doors will be free moving, correctly rigged and fitted with serviceable seals.
