Condition of Airframe. Upon its return the Aircraft shall comply with the following conditions: (a) C Check Inspection - The Airframe shall have completed, within 100 flight hours of return, the next sequential "C" check or any multiple thereof. If the Aircraft has logged more than 100 flight hours since the last "C" check or any multiple thereof, then Lessee shall perform the next scheduled "C" check or any multiple thereof, as applicable. All observed defects observed during such C check shall be rectified at Lessee's expense, in accordance with the Maintenance Program; (b) Structural and other scheduled Inspections - The Airframe shall have at least twelve (12) months, or two thousand (2,000) flight hours or cycles, whichever is applicable, remaining before any scheduled structural tasks or maintenance inspections which are not included in (a) above. In the event that a structural task or maintenance inspection interval is less than the above, Lessee shall, at its expense, perform all such tasks immediately prior to return of the Aircraft; (c) Landing Gear Life - The main Landing Gear and the nose Landing Gear shall have at least fifty percent (50%) of the cycles remaining prior to removal for overhaul in accordance with the Maintenance Program, and the landing gear total cycles since new ("TCSN") shall be no more than ten percent (10%) greater than the airframe TCSN; (d) Brakes - The brakes shall be serviceable.

Condition of Airframe. The Airframe at the time of its return to Lessor shall meet the requirements as set forth below, all at Lessee's expense, except as otherwise provided herein:
Condition of Airframe. The Airframe at the time of its return to Sublessor shall have a currently effective U.S. certificate of airworthiness, shall meet the requirements of FAR 121 as applied to Sublessee's then current operations, shall meet the requirements and shall have such hours and cycles remaining under the Maintenance Program as set forth below: (i) The Airframe shall have accomplished the next complete structural and systems "C" check sufficient to clear the Aircraft for 3,000 hours, 3,000 cycles or, at least twelve (12) months of operations determined with reference to the Maintenance Program. (ii) The installed main landing gear and nose landing gear shall each have at least 8,000 hours or 4,000 cycles remaining before overhaul. (iii) Perform an internal and external corrosion inspection as required pursuant to the pre-return "C" check as per the Maintenance Program and CPCP and correct any discrepancies in accordance with the recommendations of Manufacturer and the Structural Repair Manual. (iv) Remove Sublessee's exterior markings, including all exterior paint and decals, by scuff/sanding the paint from the Airframe and repaint the Airframe white. (v) Permanently repair in accordance with Manufacturer's Structural Repair Manual damage to the Aircraft that exceeds Manufacturer's limits and replace any non-flush structural patch repairs installed on the Airframe by Sublessee, unless otherwise recommended by Manufacturer, if required by Manufacturer's maintenance and repair guidelines with flush-type repairs.
Condition of Airframe. The Aircraft airframe at the time of its return to Sublessor shall meet the requirements and shall have such hours and cycles remaining under Maintenance Program as set forth below: (i) C Check Inspection – Without regard to any payment made or to be made pursuant to Section 1.8, the Airframe shall have completed, immediately after removal from service and prior to return to Sublessor, the next sequential C check, or the next set of phased C checks which make up the full compliment of a C check, as applicable, and in each case shall include all lesser multiple C checks and all phase checks. If Sublessee has elected to maintain the Aircraft in accordance with an equalized maintenance check program, the Airframe shall have completed immediately after removal from service and prior to return to Sublessor the next six (6) equalized maintenance checks which shall include all phase checks. All defects observed during such C check which exceed the Sublessee’s Maintenance Manual allowable limits shall be rectified at Sublessee’s expense. (ii) Structural Inspection Tasks - The airframe shall have remaining at least *** of the hours/cycles/calendar days to the initial threshold or *** of the hour/cycles/calendar days of the repeat inspection interval whichever is applicable to all structural tasks; provided that, without regard to any payment made or to be made pursuant to Section 1.8, the airframe shall have a minimum remaining life of one
Condition of Airframe. The Airframe at the time of its return --------------------- to Lessor shall meet the requirements set forth below, all at Lessee's expense, except as otherwise provided herein: (a) At the end of the Term, Lessee shall have performed immediately prior to redelivery to Lessor a "C" check, including all phases and multiples in accordance with the Maintenance Program, and will have corrected any deficiencies revealed during such check and all "Deferred Maintenance" items pursuant to Section 9.3(e); (b) The cockpit shall be cleaned. Placards shall be replaced if required by the Maintenance Program. Lessee shall insure that any items which are reasonably found to be defective in the Aircraft's interior will be replaced or repaired in accordance with the Maintenance Program; (c) To the extent required by the Maintenance Program, Lessee will permanently repair the fuselage, including but not limited to (i) dents, abrasions, and scab patches; and (ii) loose or pulled rivets, impact damage to the Aircraft caused by ground handling equipment or impact damage caused by foreign objects during the Term. (d) Except as otherwise provided in this Section 9, all Parts shall be serviceable in accordance with FAA standards. (e) At the time of return, the time remaining to the next Major Structural Inspection ("MSS") under the Maintenance Program, expressed as a percentage of the allowable interval between such inspections, will not be less than the time remaining as of the Delivery Date as recorded in the Technical Acceptance Certificate (delivery) (exhibit D), provided, however, that the Airframe shall have at least one hundred (100) Hours remaining to the next MSI. Subject to the minimum Hour limitation set forth in the immediately preceding sentence, Lessor will accept the Airframe with less than the indicated percentage of allowable interval between the MSIs subject to the Return Condition Adjustment provided for in Section 9.8. (f) The landing gear and other time-controlled components shall be returned with the same times remaining until the next inspection or removal as when delivered to Lessee, provided, however, that such equipment shall have at least one hundred (100) Hours or Cycles (whichever is the applicable and the most limiting standard) remaining until the next inspection or removal. Condition of Airframe. Buyer confirms that the Airframes and the related logbooks, manuals and records have been made available to it, that it has inspected the Airframes and such logbooks, manuals and records and the condition of the Airframes, logbooks, manuals and records are acceptable to it for all purposes. Buyer shall be given the opportunity, upon notice from Seller two days prior to the scheduled Delivery Date of the Airframes, to inspect such Airframe, logbooks, manuals and records to confirm that same are not in materially different condition than when inspected and accepted by Buyer.

Items deferred because of maintenance concessions (i.e., an exemption to operate beyond the normal limits by monitoring) shall be brought up-to-date as if such maintenance concessions or exemptions did not exist. Components whose time status exceeds the conditions or requirements imposed by this Lease shall be brought into compliance with such conditions or requirements; (b) The cockpit shall be clean by normal airline standards. The Aircraft's interior will be replaced or repaired in accordance with the Approved Maintenance Program; (c) Lessee shall permanently repair the fuselage, including but not limited to (i) dents, abrasions, and scab patches; and (ii) loose or pulled rivets, impact damage to the Aircraft caused by ground handling equipment or impact damage caused by foreign objects. The exterior of the Airframe shall be clear of all names, logos and other special markings, which markings the Lessee shall remove. (d) All life limited time controlled Airframe Parts based on the Approved Maintenance Program (except for the landing gear and APU) shall be serviceable in accordance with CAA standards and have a value, modification status and time since overhaul or replacement equivalent to the Parts installed in the Aircraft when accepted by Lessee for lease hereunder, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

Lessee shall insure that any items which are found to be defective in the Aircraft's interior will be replaced or repaired in accordance with the Maintenance Program; (c) Lessee shall permanently repair the fuselage. including but not limited to (i) dents, abrasions, and scab patches; and (ii) loose or pulled rivets, impact damage to the Aircraft caused by ground handling equipment or impact damage caused by foreign objects. Condition of Airframe. At the time of its delivery to Purchaser, each Aircraft shall meet the requirements and shall have such hours and cycles remaining under ANA's Maintenance Program, as set forth below: (a) have accomplished immediately after removal from service and prior to delivery the scheduled "C" check or its equivalent in accordance with ANA's Maintenance Program; (b) have at least [ * ] life remaining to the next complete restoration interval for the main and the nose landing gears in accordance with FAA's Maintenance Review Board Report ("MRBR"). Either cycles, hours or calendar days, whichever is applicable in the MRBR on the date [ * ] years prior to the delivery date of the relevant aircraft shall be applied to the delivery condition for those landing gears (for example, if the current restoration interval in the MRBR is [ * ] cycles, then at the time of delivery to Purchaser, the landing gears shall have at least [ * ] cycles remaining before the next complete restoration, as less than [ * ] cycles would have been used since the last complete restoration); (c) have at least "C" check interval remaining before the next due corrosion prevention and control program and SSI program in accordance with ANA's Maintenance Program; and (d) have accomplished all outstanding deferred maintenance items which relate to JCAB airworthiness or are required to be corrected in accordance with ANA's Maintenance Program.
