Air Authority definition

Air Authority means the Federal Aviation Administration of the United States Department of Transportation and any successor.
Air Authority means the civil aviation authority of the State of Registration;
Air Authority means each Person who is vested with the control and supervision of, or has jurisdiction over, the registration, airworthiness and operation of aircraft and other matters relating to civil aviation in the State of Registration of the relevant Aircraft.

Air Authority means, as applicable, the DOT, the FAA and/or the Administrator of the FAA, or any predecessor or successor thereto.
