Future Development Maps.  Map character areas, districts, and corridors throughout the City, that incorporate the vision of the preferred growth scenario. The character area development map will be accompanied by descriptive narrative including land use categories and development parameters.  Modify the major thoroughfare plan for consistency with the preferred growth scenario and character area development map. The major thoroughfare plan will include recommended conceptual street cross-sections that complement the land use and character of adjacent properties. Deliverables: Draft and final vision statement and goals, summary of two alternative development scenarios, fiscal analysis summary of the two scenarios, summary of preferred growth scenario, draft future land use map and future thoroughfare map, meeting materials and summaries.
