Future Salary Adjustments. In addition to the above salary adjustment, the following will be implemented: A. Effective January 1, 2018, all YCEA represented employees will receive a 1% cost of living adjustment. B. Effective July 1, 2018, all YCEA employees will receive a 2.75% cost of living adjustment. C. Effective July 1, 2019, all YCEA employees will receive a 2.75% cost of living adjustment.
