Fees, Commissions, and Compensation. Except as otherwise provided by law, any fees, commissions and compensation (other than that allowed by the County) earned by an employee by virtue of his/her office or position, or by performance of any regularly assigned duty or function, shall be deposited in the County treasury and, upon receipt, shall become the property of the County of Yuba.
