GARBAGE DISPOSAL, TOILETS, AND DRAINS. A clogged garbage disposal, toilet, and drain each carry a $60 maintenance service charge. If a garbage disposal, toilet, or drain is so clogged that it must be pulled, snaked, or other pluming service work if deemed Resident misuse, the charge is $95 minimum. All service charges are payable at the time of service. If not paid, charges will be deducted from each Resident’s Security Deposit.
