Common use of Gardening Clause in Contracts

Gardening. 5.1 No plant or flower may be picked from nor may any damage be caused to the garden areas on the common property which are not part of any sole utilisation area for garden purposes. The natural flora and fauna (if applicable) shall not be destroyed, removed or damaged in any way without the prior written consent of the trustees.
