Common use of Gardening Clause in Contracts

Gardening. 5.1 No plant or flower may be picked from nor may any damage be caused to the garden areas on the common property which are not part of any sole utilisation area for garden purposes. The natural flora and fauna (if applicable) shall not be destroyed, removed or damaged in any way without the prior written consent of the trustees. 5.2 Garden tools and other equipment shall not be kept in any place where they will be in view from other sections or any portion of the common property. If an owner or lessee requires a storage facility for such items, written approval must be given. 5.3 No trees are to be cut without the written permission of the trustees. 5.4 An owner or resident of a section shall maintain his sole utilisation area for garden purposes, if any, in a neat and tidy condition.
