Gavel-to-Gavel Coverage. The City shall make its best efforts to broadcast, and live web stream, the Convention proceedings on the City-owned or public access cable station to the reasonable specifications of the DNC, including that such program be closed captioned.

  • All Coverages Each insurance policy required in this item shall be endorsed to state that coverage shall not be suspended, voided, cancelled, reduced in coverage or in limits except after thirty (30) days' prior written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, has been given to the Town. Current certification of such insurance shall be kept on file at all times during the term of this agreement with the Town Clerk.

  • Dental Coverage Each employee covered by this agreement shall be eligible to participate in the City's dental program.

  • Medical Coverage The Executive shall be entitled to such continuation of health care coverage as is required under, and in accordance with, applicable law or otherwise provided in accordance with the Company’s policies. The Executive shall be notified in writing of the Executive’s rights to continue such coverage after the termination of the Executive’s employment pursuant to this Section 3(d)(iv), provided that the Executive timely complies with the conditions to continue such coverage.   • Spousal Coverage Any new Participants to the COG, after June 30, 2015, with working spouses who have the ability to be covered under an insurance plan through his/her place of employment, will be required to take his/her plan as their primary plan. This provision does not apply to a participant who had insurance with one COG employer and immediately thereafter, moved to another COG employer. If the spouse is required to pay forty (40%) percent or more of the premium with his/her employer, the requirements of this section shall not apply.

  • General Coverages All of Tenant’s Agents shall carry worker’s compensation insurance covering all of their respective employees, and shall also carry public liability insurance, including property damage, all with limits, in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

  • Special Coverages Tenant shall carry “Builder’s All Risk” insurance in an amount approved by Landlord covering the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and such other insurance as Landlord may require, it being understood and agreed that the Tenant Improvements shall be insured by Tenant pursuant to the Lease immediately upon completion thereof.
