General Deliveries. All other documents reasonably determined by Title to be necessary to evidence that Developer has duly authorized the transactions contemplated hereby and evidence the authority of Developer to enter into and perform this Agreement and the documents and instruments required to be executed and delivered by Developer pursuant to this Agreement, or may be required of Developer under applicable law, including any Developer’s affidavits or revenue or tax certificates or statements.
General Deliveries. The parties will deliver or cause to be delivered the various certificates, instruments and documents referred to in Article 6.

All other documents reasonably determined by Title Company to be necessary to transfer the Property to Developer and to evidence that HEDRA (a) has satisfied all monetary indebtedness with respect thereto, (b) has obtained such termination statements or releases from such secured creditors as may be necessary to ensure that the Property is subject to no monetary liens, (c) has obtained all consents from third parties necessary to effect HEDRA’s performance of the terms of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the consents of all parties holding an interest in the Property, (d) has provided such other documents as are reasonably determined by Title Company to be necessary to issue policies of title insurance to Developer with respect to the Property with the so-called “standard exceptions” deleted, and (e) has duly authorized the transactions contemplated hereby.

All other documents reasonably determined by Title to be necessary to evidence that EDA has duly authorized the transactions contemplated hereby and evidence the authority of EDA to enter into and perform this Agreement and the documents and instruments required to be executed and delivered by EDA pursuant to this Agreement, or may be required of EDA under applicable law, including any purchaser’s affidavits or revenue or tax certificates or statements.
General Deliveries. Such other documents, reasonably acceptable to Imperial-Savannah and the Company in form and content, as are required under applicable law, necessary to convey the Footprint Parcels to the Company subject only to the Permitted Exceptions or reasonably required to complete the transactions contemplated in this Agreement.

(i) Contractors will at all times be responsible for the delivery personnel.
(ii) All delivery times will be limited to public times as defined under 3.2 above.
(iii) Size of delivery vehicles will be limited as defined under 3.3 above.
(iv) Deliveries to the building site will take place only from the street frontage of the site.The position of delivery points must be indicated on the site diagram which must be submitted for approval in terms of 3.8 (iii) below.
(v) The contractor has the responsibility of advising the entrance security staff in the morning of the details of the deliveries expected that day.
b. Breach
General Deliveries a. Description Contractors will at all times be responsible for the delivery personnel. All delivery times will be limited to public times as defined under 3.2 above. Size of delivery vehicles will be limited as defined under 3.3 above. Deliveries to the building site will take place only from the street frontage of the site. Delivery vehicles should be parked in such a way that the normal flow of traffic in the street is not restricted and/or access to any other property is not affected. Where special circumstances (e.g. concrete delivery) necessitate restricted traffic flow and/or access, permission should be obtained from the Estate Manager and the affected home-owners to be informed in advance.
