Delivery Vehicles Sample Clauses

The 'Delivery Vehicles' clause defines the types of vehicles that may be used to transport goods under the contract. It typically specifies requirements such as vehicle size, condition, or suitability for the cargo, and may set standards for cleanliness, refrigeration, or other special features depending on the nature of the goods. By establishing these parameters, the clause ensures that deliveries are made safely and efficiently, reducing the risk of damage or spoilage and clarifying expectations between the parties.
