Delivery Vehicles. Except for resident deliveries pursuant to Section 3.6, Acceptable Waste shall be delivered by or on behalf of the Jurisdictions, at their expense, to the Facility in accordance with this Agreement and Exhibit C hereto, and shall comply with the Company’s reasonable identification procedures pursuant to Section 3.4 and Applicable Law.
Delivery Vehicles. Deliveries associated with the site, that involve the movement of vehicles, must only occur between the hours of 7.00am and 8.00pm.
Delivery Vehicles. All delivery vehicles shall be kept clean and fit for purpose. The Contractor must understand its statutory obligations under current legislation, and have Policies and Procedures in place to ensure that these are met. This includes ensuring that all vehicles are:
a) Licensed with valid tags and registration.
b) Appropriately insured.
c) Maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
d) A contingency plan must be in place to cover vehicle breakdown, as well as other emergency situations, and ensure the delivery of the meal within the allotted delivery time.
Delivery Vehicles. DISTRIBUTOR is responsible for obtaining DISTRIBUTOR's own delivery vehicle(s) and purchasing adequate insurance thereon, as described in Section 9.2 below. Consistent with good industry practice, DISTRIBUTOR agrees to keep the delivery vehicle(s) clean at all times and in a manner consistent with the professional image customers and the public associates with COMPANY, and to maintain the delivery vehicle(s) in such condition as to provide safe, prompt, and regular service to all customers. If legally required, DISTRIBUTOR agrees to have painted in a conspicuous manner on any delivery vehicle owned or leased by it to carry out the terms hereof: “Owned and Operated by (DISTRIBUTOR’s name), An Independent Contractor”.
Delivery Vehicles. The Vendor will instruct its drivers not to use any highway median crossovers.
Delivery Vehicles. Acceptable Waste may be delivered to the Facility in a variety of vehicles including, but not limited to, side-loading collection trucks, rear-loading collection trucks, front-loading collection trucks, tractor-trailer vehicles, open top and closed roll-off containers, compactors, and other open or closed vehicles. The Facility shall be equipped to receive all vehicles that are lawfully used to transport Acceptable Waste.
Delivery Vehicles. Carrier and/or its designees will utilize serviceable vehicles maintained in good and legal operating condition in order to perform the Services. Carrier’s vehicles may not display any FedEx name or logo. Carrier will be responsible for and pay all costs and expenses necessary or incidental to the acquisition, maintenance and operation of the vehicles.
Delivery Vehicles. For purposes of this agreement, “Delivery Vehicles” shall mean all commercial vehicles (including trucks, pick-up trucks, and vans) suitable for delivering goods or services to customers contracted by the Residential Building or a resident of the Residential Building.
Delivery Vehicles. If you wish to use a vehicle to provide delivery services (a “Delivery Vehicle”) as part of your Franchised Business, you must comply with the specifications and standards that we may periodically prescribe in the Manuals for Delivery Vehicles. Our specifications and standards may include, among other things: designating Delivery Vehicles specific make and model; limitations on the Useful Life for a Delivery Vehicle and standards for maintenance or repair services.
Delivery Vehicles. Management explicitly reserves the right to restrict the operation of all delivery or other vehicular traffic within the Campground if needed. Propane delivery vehicles and other heavy trucks are prohibited from individual resident’s driveways. When making deliveries, all delivery trucks shall park in the street. Lot Maintenance: Grounds must be kept neat and clean at all times. Tarps, motorized vehicles, utility trailers, pools, outdoor refrigerators, trash, etc. are not allowed to clutter the site. Guests are expected to maintain the site in an attractive manner and good repair at their expense. Guests shall not make additions or improvements to a unit or site, without first obtaining Management’s written consent, it being understood that said additions or improvements if approved by Management, should be made solely at the expense of the Guest. Crushed stone driveways must be maintained and kept weed free. Units must be maintained free of mold at all times. Toys, bicycles, etc. are to be put away at the end of the day. Clutter will not be tolerated and must be taken care of each day. If the lot is left in a cluttered state for an extended period, Management will clean the lot, and the resident will be charged a service fee of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00). If a lot is not being properly maintained, Management reserves the right, after seven (7) days notice, to take all necessary steps to clean the lot and to charge the guest the actual cost of maintenance. Mowing: Lawns must be well groomed. Management will give forty-eight (48) hour notice that the lawn needs mowing or trimming, Management will mow and trim the lawn and will charge the resident not less that Twenty- five dollars ($25.00) plus ten dollars ($10.00) for any trimming required. Please note that if you use a sprinkler system, it must have rainy day detection to skip cycles accordingly. Mowing is permitted after 9:00 am. Any damage done to the lawn will be the responsibility of the guest. Management shall make repairs after seven (7) days notice to the guest, and the guest will be charged the actual cost of this service.
