GENERAL IMPLEMENTATION REQUIREMENTS. 2.1.1 If Customer provides staffing to man the vehicle(s) provided by ATS, Customer shall be responsible for insuring the vehicle(s) in accordance with Section 10.4.6 of the Agreement and shall be responsible for all maintenance of the vehicle during the term of this Agreement in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations.
