General Land Use Plan. The Property shall be developed in the general configuration as shown on the concept plan attached hereto as Exhibit B, and incorporated herein (the “Concept Plan”). The Parties understand that the final size, configuration and layout of buildings may vary slightly from the Concept Plan.
