General Plan Elements Audit. Mintier Harnish will work with City staff to evaluate the existing Circulation and Safety Elements in the existing General Plan Elements, including those identified for technical updates by the 2020 Ad Hoc Committee. The Audit will help determine what works, what does not work, and where the elements lack adequate or current guidance. Mintier Harnish will use our proprietary General Plan Audit Tool to provide insights on the existing elements clarity; linkages to other plans; progress in achieving desired outcomes; and whether goals, policies, and implementation programs should be carried forward, modified, or removed.

  • Operating Plan To Agent and Lenders, as soon as available, but not later than thirty (30) days after the end of each Fiscal Year, an annual combined operating plan (the "Operating Plan") for Parent and its Subsidiaries, approved by the Board of Directors of Parent, for the following Fiscal Year, which (i) includes a statement of all of the material assumptions on which such plan is based, (ii) includes projected monthly income statement, balance sheets and source and use of funds for the following year and (iii) Borrowing Availability projections, all prepared on the same basis and in similar detail as that on which operating results are reported (and in the case of cash flow projections, representing management's good faith estimates of future financial performance based on historical performance), and including plans for personnel, Capital Expenditures and facilities.

  • Coordination, Oversight and Monitoring of Service Providers As set forth in the Administrative Services Agreement between the Fund and CRMC, CRMC shall coordinate, monitor and oversee the activities performed by the Service Providers with which AFS contracts. AFS shall monitor Service Providers’ provision of services including the delivery of Customer account statements and all Fund-related material, including summary prospectuses and/or prospectuses, shareholder reports, and proxies.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines.
