General Plant Investment. System control and load dispatching plant investment recorded in FERC Account 397. System control and load dispatching equipment is analyzed as to the function it serves. The original cost value of the equipment serving the production and transmission functions is included for the purposes of this Agreement. Agreement to Coordinate Planning and Exhibit V Operations and Interchange Power and Energy Schedule 1.1 PRE-FUNDED ALLOWANCE FOR FUNDS USED DURING CONSTRUCTION Pre-funded Allowance for Funds Used during Construction (AFUDC) is an offsetting AFUDC calculation incorporating the effect of specific regulation whereby customers of a particular jurisdiction are paying for the financing costs during the construction phase of a project. Pre- funded AFUDC is accumulated in FERC Account 253. The annual charge to the accumulated provisions for depreciation reflects the annual depreciation provisions, book cost of plant retired, cost of removal and salvage credit. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the bye-laws such as Haryana Building Code, 2017, FAR, density norms, provisions prescribed, approved plans, terms and condition of the license/ allotment as well as registration of RERA, etc. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the provisions and norms prescribed by the relevant State laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act and Rules made thereunder or as per approvals/instructions/ guidelines of the competent authorities, and any breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

  • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Development Area 10.4. The Development Area shall encompass all Deposits to be produced.

  • CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT & PROMOTION FUND 19.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Union’s Construction Industry Development and Promotion Fund (the “Industry Fund”) the amount identified at Schedule “A” for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement, and it shall remit such contributions to the Union together with union dues, and in the manner described in the Remittances to the Union article and in the Union’s remittance directives.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.
