GENERAL PURPOSE AND CONTEXT Introduction. ‌ The purpose of this FFY 2000 Performance Partnership Agreement ("the agreement") is to set forth the understandings reached regarding the federal/state relationship, the desirable environmental outcomes and performance expectations surrounding those outcomes, and the oversight arrangements between the two parties. The parties to this agreement are the Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Region 1 of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), as represented by the Maine Office of Ecosystem Protection. This agreement is consistent with the National Environmental Performance Partnership System (NEPPS). (October 1995 and December 1995). For FFY 2000 this agreement covers the programmatic commitments from grants, in whole or in part, as referenced in the specific workplan sections (Part II).

The Parties shall execute one (1) Annex Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Annex") concurrently with this Umbrella Agreement. The Parties may execute subsequent Annexes under this Umbrella Agreement consistent with the purpose and terms of this Umbrella Agreement. This Umbrella Agreement shall govern all Annexes executed hereunder; no Annex shall amend this Umbrella Agreement. Each Annex will detail the specific purpose of the proposed activity, responsibilities, schedule and milestones, and any personnel, property, or facilities to be utilized under the task. This Umbrella Agreement takes precedence over any Annexes. In the event of a conflict between the Umbrella Agreement and any Annex concerning the meaning of its provisions, and the rights, obligations and remedies of the Parties, the Umbrella Agreement is controlling.

  • Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.

  • Purpose and Application This document (“DPA”) is incorporated into the Agreement and forms part of a written (including in electronic form) contract between SAP and Customer. This DPA applies to Personal Data processed by SAP and its Subprocessors in connection with its provision of the Cloud Service. This DPA does not apply to non-production environments of the Cloud Service if such environments are made available by SAP, and Customer shall not store Personal Data in such environments.

  • Commingling of Resold Services with Unbundled Network Elements and Combinations of Unbundled Network Elements 6.7.1 To the extent it is Technically Feasible and pursuant to the terms of Section 9.1, CLEC may Commingle Telecommunications Services purchased on a resale basis with an Unbundled Network Element or combination of Unbundled Network Elements.
