General Responsibility. Provider shall at all times during the Term remain responsible, as that term is defined in section 163 of the State Finance Law or article 5- a of the General Municipal Law. Provider agrees, if requested by Purchaser or his or her designee, to present evidence of its continuing legal authority to do business in New York State, integrity, experience, ability, prior performance and organizational and financial capacity.
