County Responsibility. A. COUNTY shall provide A/E personnel workstation at the County Office and/or the ability to work offsite remotely at the sole discretion of the County.
B. COUNTY shall provide initial training for County permitting and land management system (i.e. the APPS Program or equivalent software) and County file management systems organization (SharePoint, shared drives, share portals) access to applicable regulations, and appropriate forms, checklists, fees/deposits information associated with services. The cost of such training shall be covered by A/E.

County Responsibility. It is the County’s responsibility to pay costs incurred during an incident in accordance with any cost share agreements the County is a Party to. Regardless of whether or not a cost share has been negotiated on a County responsibility fire, County acknowledges that County shall encumber and pay all incident expenses that were authorized by the County, subject to agreements with other entities. County acknowledges that DFPC serves as coordinator for inter-jurisdictional wildfire billing in Colorado.

Cyber security, safety and similar training may be required occasionally for consultants using County equipment and facilities. The cost of such training shall be covered by A-E.

County shall provide initial training for County permitting and land management system (i.e. the Land Management System (“LMS”) or equivalent software) and County file management systems organization (SharePoint, shared drives, share portals) access to applicable regulations, and appropriate forms, checklists, fees/deposits information associated with services. Cyber security, safety and other training may be required on occasion for consultants using County equipment or facilities, who have been assigned County email addresses or have access to the County computer servers/systems. The cost of such training shall be covered by A-E.

County Responsibility. The County is responsible for fulfillment of all terms and conditions of this Contract when it enters into Sub-Contract agreements and will be subject to enforcement of the terms and conditions of this Contract, including all disallowances, penalties, sanctions and remedial measures related to Subcontractor non-compliance. It is the responsibility of the County to ensure that the Subcontractor complies with all laws and rules regarding Civil Rights Compliance and Affirmative Action. The County is also responsible for sub-recipient monitoring of Subcontractors per 45 CFR Part 75.

Parties agree the County shall, as applicant, be responsible for holding public hearings and preparing and submitting the CDBG funding application and supporting materials in a timely and thorough manner, as required by the Act and the federal regulations established by HUD to secure entitlement grant funding beginning July 1, 2024.
