Common use of GENERAL SAVINGS CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

GENERAL SAVINGS CLAUSE. 1. If any provision of this document or any application of the document to any person or persons covered herein be found contrary to federal law or the NRS, then this provision or application shall be deemed invalid except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions thereof shall continue in full force and effect. If there is any change in federal law or the NRS that would invalidate or supplement any provision of this Agreement, excluding changes in NRS Chapter 288, the parties will meet to negotiate any change in the Agreement relative to the affected provisions only.
