Common use of General scheduling Clause in Contracts

General scheduling. i) Employees will not be required to work more than three (3) consecutive extended tours. If an employee works four (4) or more consecutive tours, these tours will result in premium payment by the Employer. Such premium will not apply if it is a result of an exchange of tour with another employee.
