General scheduling. i) Employees will not be required to work more than three (3) consecutive extended tours. If an employee works four (4) or more consecutive tours, these tours will result in premium payment by the Employer. Such premium will not apply if it is a result of an exchange of tour with another employee. ii) At least two (2) consecutive tours will be scheduled off between shift changes. iii) For full-time nurses, at least forty-eight (48) hours time off will be scheduled following the night shift when changing schedules to the day shift.
