GENERAL SERVICE SPECIFICATION. GP06 Project Co shall prepare a Performance Monitoring Report and deliver it to the Board within ten Business Days after the Contract Month end. The Contractor shall provide to Project Co within10 Business Days of the end of each Contract Month a Monthly Performance Report that meets all relevant requirements of this specification. This Report shall include all relevant performance information including the calculation of any Availability or Performance deductions. THIS LOOKS ACCEPTABLE EXCEPT THE 7 DAYS Project Co shall issue an invoice with the Performance Monitoring Report in accordance with Clause 35 (Payment). The Contractor will provide all relevant financial information relating to the Service Fee adjusted as necessary to take into account any deductions, volume adjustments, etc. that relate to the relevant Contract Month in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement relating to invoicing and payment. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • Customer Service Standards The Franchising Authority hereby adopts the customer service standards set forth in Part 76, §76.309 of the FCC’s rules and regulations, as amended. The Grantee shall comply in all respects with the customer service requirements established by the FCC.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Billing Specifications 55.6.1 The Parties agree that billing requirements and outputs will be consistent with the Ordering & Billing Form (OBF) and also with Telcordia Technologies Billing Output Specifications (BOS).

  • Specification and Service Levels The Specification sets out the Services that the Contractor has undertaken to provide. The Specification includes Service Levels setting out particular levels of service that the Contractor has undertaken to meet.
