GENERAL SERVICE SPECIFICATION. GP06 Project Co shall prepare a Performance Monitoring Report and deliver it to the Board within ten Business Days after the Contract Month end. The Contractor shall provide to Project Co within10 Business Days of the end of each Contract Month a Monthly Performance Report that meets all relevant requirements of this specification. This Report shall include all relevant performance information including the calculation of any Availability or Performance deductions. THIS LOOKS ACCEPTABLE EXCEPT THE 7 DAYS Project Co shall issue an invoice with the Performance Monitoring Report in accordance with Clause 35 (Payment). The Contractor will provide all relevant financial information relating to the Service Fee adjusted as necessary to take into account any deductions, volume adjustments, etc. that relate to the relevant Contract Month in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement relating to invoicing and payment.
