General Supervision Offenders. 1.1.2.1 Other adult offenders, who are not AB 109 Offenders as described above, but are otherwise under supervision by Probation and referred to Contractor for DRC Services, shall hereinafter be referred to as “General Supervision Offenders”.
General Supervision Offenders. Offenders granted formal probation by the Court for misdemeanor and felony cases. Those on formal probation have a prison sentence that is suspended as long as the offender consistently follows the terms and conditions of their probation for the duration of time under supervision.
