If the Broker fails to meet its obligations to the Client pursuant to this Agreement, the Client may have a right to claimunderthe Investor Compensation Fund, subject to the terms of the Investor Compensation Fund from time to time. 倘經紀沒有依照本合約的規定履行對客戶的責任, 客戶可根據投資者賠償基金索償, 惟須受投資者賠償基金不時的條款所制約。
