Common use of GEOGRAPHIC JURISDICTION Clause in Contracts

GEOGRAPHIC JURISDICTION. Section 1. This Agreement shall be binding within the New York counties of: Cayuga, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Xxxxxx, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, Xxxxxxxx, Seneca, St. Xxxxxxxx, and Xxxxxxxx. Broome and Tioga counties remain in the Union’s geographic jurisdiction, but have different wage and fringe benefit schedules. The Xxxx XxXxxxx’x map shall be considered the official map of the trade.
