Access Management The Engineer shall coordinate and evaluate access management within the project limits in accordance with the latest State Access Management Manual or as directed by the State.
Helpdesk Customers must contact LightEdge Support to report service trouble or an outage with LightEdge Technical Support. LightEdge Technical Support will be available seven (7) days per week; twenty-four (24) hours per day; three hundred sixty-five days (365) days per year. LightEdge Technical Support provides support for network monitoring, trouble ticket resolution, and fault isolation up to the termination point of LightEdge provided Equipment. LightEdge Technical Support will accept trouble and outage related support calls from any customer representative. LightEdge will not perform any requested activity which may cause Service disruption or perform any changes to Service unless request is initiated by an Authorized Contact. LightEdge reserves the right to delay response on support tickets opened by anyone other than the Authorized Contact. Communication between Customer and LightEdge not initiated by Authorized Contact will not be subject to SLA remedies. All communications with Customer will be in the English language.

Perusahaan ini membutuhkan lahan tanah yang luas guna usaha perkebunan kelapa sawit. Dari usaha yang dilakukan, akhirnya PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama mendapatkan lahan tanah yang diinginkannya dengan menggunakan tanah xxxxx masyarakat kecamatan Xxxx Xxxx. Penggunaan tanah masyarakat adat Xxxx Xxxx untuk keperluan usaha perkebunan PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama bukanlah terjadi dengan sendirinya xxx penguasaan semena-mena, melainkan diawali dengan suatu perjanjian kepada xxxxx masyarakat pemilik tanah tersebut. Perjanjian yang diadakan antara PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama dengan masyarakat adat Xxxx Xxxx adalah perjanjian penggunaan tanah untuk keperluan usaha, yang dituangkan dalam surat perjanjian. Dalam perjanjian yang diadakan, ditentukan xxx xxx kewajiban masing-masing pihak, umumnya hak dari pihak PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama dapat menggunakan tanah milik masyrakat adat untuk kegiatan usaha perkebunannya hingga jangka waktu yang ditentukan dengan kewajiban membayar sejumlah harga dari hasil perkebunan yang dilakukan xxx mengembalikan pengelolaan tanah tersebut kepada xxxxx masyarakat adat pada saat berakhirnya jangka waktu perjanjian. Sedangkan hak masyarakat adat selaku pemilik tanah selain mendapatkan bagian hasil perkebunan juga mendapatkan tanahnya kembali setelah berakhirnya perjanjian. Dikarenakan penggunaan tanah untuk usaha perkebunan memakan waktu yang cukup lama, maka banyak terjadi perubahan- perubahan dalam pelaksanaan perjanjian yang kadangkala tidak diketahui oleh pihak xxxxx masyarakat, sehingga merugikan xxxxx masyarakat itu sendiri. Fire Control Purchaser shall, both independ- ently and in cooperation with Forest Service, take all rea- sonable and practicable action to prevent and suppress fires resulting from Purchaser’s Operations and to sup- press any forest fire on Sale Area. Purchaser’s independ- ent initial fire suppression action on such fires shall be immediate and shall include the use of all necessary per- sonnel and equipment at Purchaser’s disposal on Sale Area or within the distance of Sale Area stated in A13. B7.31 Purchaser’s Reinforcement Obligations. Whenever an Operations Fire or Negligent Fire, whether on or off Sale Area, or any other forest fire on Sale Area, has not been suppressed by initial action and appreciable reinforcement strength is required, Forest Service may require further actions by Purchaser until such fire is con- trolled and mopped up to a point of safety. Such actions may include any or all of the following as necessary to fight such fire: B7.311 Suspend Operations. To suspend any or all of Purchaser’s Operations. B7.312 Personnel. To release for employ- ment by Forest Service any or all of Purchaser’s person- nel engaged in Purchaser’s Operations or timber process- ing within the distance of Sale Area stated in A13. To make available for Forest Service rental at fire fighting equipment rates common in the area or at prior agreed rates any or all of Purchaser’s equipment suitable for fire fighting and cur- rently engaged in Purchaser’s Operations within the dis- tance of Sale Area stated in A13. Equipment shall be op- erated only by personnel approved by Purchaser, if so requested by Purchaser.
