Includes changes in market and tax regulations, depository developments, dematerialization information, as well as other market changes that may impact State Street’s clients. Foreign Custody Advisories (as necessary) For those markets where State Street offers custodial services that exhibit special risks or infrastructures impacting custody, State Street issues market advisories to highlight those unique market factors which might impact our ability to offer recognized custody service levels. Material Change Notices (presently on a quarterly basis or as otherwise necessary) Informational letters and accompanying materials confirming State Street’s foreign custody arrangements, including a summary of material changes with Foreign Sub-Custodians that have occurred during the previous quarter. The notices also identify any material changes in the custodial risks associated with maintaining assets with Foreign Securities Depositories.

ADDENDUM to that certain Master Custodian Agreement dated as of September 1, 2010 (the “Custodian Agreement”) between each investment company listed on Appendix A (as amended from time to time as provided therein), severally and not jointly (the “Customer”) and State Street Bank and Trust Company, including its subsidiaries and affiliates (“State Street”). State Street has developed and/or utilizes proprietary or third-party accounting and other systems in conjunction with the services that State Street provides to the Customer. In this regard, State Street maintains certain information in databases under its ownership and/or control that it makes available to its customers (the “Remote Access Services”). State Street agrees to provide the Customer, and its investment advisers, sub-advisers, administrators, consultants or other third parties who agree to abide by the terms of this Addendum (“Authorized Designees”) with access to State Street proprietary and third-party systems as may be offered by State Street from time to time (each, a “System”) on a remote basis. The Authorized Designees as of the date of this Addendum are listed on Annex A. Additional Authorized Designees may be added upon written notice from the Customer to State Street.
