LIMITED ACCESS Appendix C Remote Access Services Addendum ADDENDUM to that certain Master Custodian Agreement dated as of September 1, 2010 (the “Custodian Agreement”) between each investment company listed on Appendix A (as amended from time to time as provided therein), severally and not jointly (the “Customer”) and State Street Bank and Trust Company, including its subsidiaries and affiliates (“State Street”). State Street has developed and/or utilizes proprietary or third-party accounting and other systems in conjunction with the services that State Street provides to the Customer. In this regard, State Street maintains certain information in databases under its ownership and/or control that it makes available to its customers (the “Remote Access Services”). The Services State Street agrees to provide the Customer, and its investment advisers, sub-advisers, administrators, consultants or other third parties who agree to abide by the terms of this Addendum (“Authorized Designees”) with access to State Street proprietary and third-party systems as may be offered by State Street from time to time (each, a “System”) on a remote basis.
