Goal Tracking. Goal tracking systems for special education students shall be developed in consultation with the special education teacher and the administrator evaluating that teacher, but ultimate decisions regarding goal tracking shall rest with the Principal or the Principal’s designee. Goal tracking systems shall be individually tailored accounting for the student’s particular needs.
