GOLF COURSE ACCESS. During the summer, for your safety, playing on or walking across the Golf Course is prohibited. Please use the roadways for access to the Clubhouse and Pro Shop. Fishing, wading or swimming is not allowed in or on the ponds or streams located on the Golf Course or other Resort property.

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services.   • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes.
